These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of quarklyx.com, operated by Quarklyx S.A.C. (hereinafter, «Quarklyx»). Use of the site implies full acceptance of these conditions, drafted in accordance with the Code for the Protection and Defence of the Consumer (Law No. 29571) and other applicable Peruvian regulations.
1. Identification of the controller
Quarklyx S.A.C., with RUC 20613847295, registered office at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, Floor 8, San Isidro, Lima 15046, registered in SUNARP under Electronic Entry No. 14738291.
2. Purpose
The site provides training content on financial literacy aimed at Peruvian adults. Quarklyx does not market financial instruments nor capture savings from the public; every reference to regulated entities is purely informational.
3. Registration and subscription
To subscribe to the newsletter you must provide truthful data. Quarklyx reserves the right to cancel subscriptions that use manifestly false or impersonated information.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, images, trademarks and learning materials are owned by Quarklyx or hold valid licences. Their total or partial reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited under Legislative Decree No. 822.
5. Liability
Quarklyx strives to keep the information up to date for the 2026 financial year but does not guarantee specific financial results. Economic decisions are personal and should be weighed with additional professional advice.
6. User conduct
The user agrees to use the site in accordance with Peruvian law, abstaining from activities that compromise the security, integrity or reputation of Quarklyx.
7. Service changes
Quarklyx may update, suspend or discontinue functionalities, notifying affected users in a reasonable manner.
8. Consumer protection
Users may file complaints with INDECOPI through the Virtual Complaints Book available on the site, in line with Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the Judicial District of Lima, save as otherwise provided by law.
