Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Quarklyx S.A.C. uses cookies and similar technologies on quarklyx.com, in line with Law No. 29733 and INDECOPI recommendations on transparent electronic commerce.
1. What are cookies?
They are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to remember your preferences and to collect aggregated information about how the site is used.
2. Types of cookies we use
Necessary cookies (session state, language, consent banner), analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP), personalisation cookies (display preferences) and limited marketing cookies (training campaigns), enabled only with your consent.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 so that no analytics or marketing cookie is activated until you give explicit consent through the banner. If you decline, Google will only receive aggregated signals without identifiers.
4. Consent management
You can modify or withdraw your consent at any time from the bottom banner on the site or from your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Cookie lifetime
Session cookies expire when you close the browser; persistent cookies last for up to 12 months in line with ANPDP recommendations.
6. Third-party cookies
Some external providers (Google LLC, Cloudflare Inc.) may set cookies under their own policies, which you can read directly on their official sites.
7. Contact
For cookie-related queries, please write to contacto@quarklyx.com indicating «Cookie Query» in the subject line.
