Privacy Policy
Quarklyx S.A.C., with RUC 20613847295 and registered office at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, Floor 8, San Isidro, Lima, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the quarklyx.com site, in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Data we collect
We collect first and last name, email address, language preference and, where applicable, browsing data (IP address, device type and aggregated behaviour on the site). We do not request sensitive information such as health, biometric or ethnic-origin data.
2. Processing purposes
Your data are used to: (i) manage subscription to Quarklyx's training newsletter; (ii) personalise educational content; (iii) comply with legal and tax obligations before SUNAT and INDECOPI; (iv) measure site performance through aggregated analytics.
3. Legitimising basis
Processing is based on prior, free, express and informed consent of the data subject, as provided in Article 5 of Law No. 29733, as well as on compliance with legal obligations.
4. Retention
Your data are kept for as long as the communication relationship lasts or until you request deletion. Backup copies are removed within 90 days following the request.
5. Data processors
We share data only with infrastructure providers (web hosting, transactional mail, analytics) that meet ISO/IEC 27001 standards and sign confidentiality agreements governed by Peruvian law.
6. ARCO rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, information and withdrawal of consent by writing to contacto@quarklyx.com or to our registered office. We will reply within a maximum of 20 business days.
7. Supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing does not comply with Peruvian rules, you may file a complaint with the National Personal Data Protection Authority (ANPDP) of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
8. International transfers
When we use services hosted outside Peru, we ensure an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses in line with Directive No. 01-2020-JUS/DGTAIPD.
9. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication for administrators and six-monthly security audits.
10. Changes
Any substantial change to this policy will be communicated at least 15 days in advance through the site and, where applicable, by email.
